  • USB 3.0 cable, up to 5 Gbps; also works with USB 2.0 devices.
  • Moulded connectors on a durable, flexible cable.
  • Lets the drive sit on the desk when the computer's ports are out of reach.
  • Comes with a 24-month warranty.

Description

This 2-metre USB 3.0 extension cable gives the USB lead of a Samsung hard drive more reach. Plug the drive's USB-A plug into the socket at one end and the extension's USB-A plug into the computer, so the drive can sit on the desk while the computer stays under it. It carries USB 3.0 at up to 5 Gbps and also works with USB 2.0 devices, though it won't make a USB 2.0 device any faster. No driver is needed. It is covered by a 24-month warranty.
