RETURNS POLICY
We offer a 30 day returns guarantee on most items. You can return your item unused and in original condition (as it was received by you) with proof of purchase within 30 days. Some exceptions apply that are as follows:
- Your proof of purchase.
- The item should be unused, in its original packaging and in a re-sellable condition.
- Any free items that came with your product unused and in a re-sellable condition.
If You Have all these exceptions applied we are happy to refund however it may take 5 – 7 days for your bank to process the money. Just to note PayPal refunds can take up to 30 days. We reserve the right to reduce the amount of refund to you if the item or the packaging has been handled excessively to assess the goods.
The following Products that are not eligible for refund will be:
- Products which you received over 30 days.
- Products that have been unsealed (other than faulty).
- Products without original packaging or where it’s been returned in poor condition.
Please note that if you return products which are outside our returns policy or if you don’t have proof of purchase, we’re unable to process a full refund, so please keep your receipt or order confirmation.
SHIPPING
All items are in stock and are dispatched to you within 24 hours of your payment being received. Please note that items purchased on weekends and Bank Holidays are dispatched the next working day.
UK Customers
- Royal Mail - normally 1 - 3 working days, but not guaranteed.
We will only send replacement items once Royal Mail confirms that the item is lost. This will be 7 - 10 business days from date of dispatch. Please contact our customer service team through email or phone if your item is lost after the 7 - 10 business days. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal mail, your local postal service or by International Customs Inspections.
International Customers
- Royal Mail Airmail - normally 3 - 7 working days, but not guaranteed. We will only send replacement items once Royal mail confirms the item is lost. This will be 14 business days from date of dispatch. Please contact our customer service team if your item is lost after the 14 business days. we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal mail, your local postal service or by International Customs inspections.
