USB 3.0 Extension Cable for Transcend Hard Drives
Description
Description
Features
- Extends the USB lead of a Transcend hard drive by 2 m: USB-A plug to USB-A socket.
- Carries USB 3.0 at up to 5 Gbps, and works with USB 2.0 too.
- Snug-fitting moulded ends on a flexible, hard-wearing cable.
- Saves wear on the computer's USB ports: leave the extension plugged in.
- Comes with a 24-month warranty.
Description
This 2-metre USB 3.0 extension cable gives the USB lead of a Transcend hard drive more reach. Plug the drive's USB-A plug into the socket at one end and the extension's USB-A plug into the computer, so the drive can sit on the desk while the computer stays under it. It carries USB 3.0 at up to 5 Gbps and also works with USB 2.0 devices, though it won't make a USB 2.0 device any faster. No driver is needed. It is covered by a 24-month warranty.
